SAPIRO RESIDENCE

The home uses the latest energy efficient materials; 100% natural Cellulose fiber insulation made from recycled newspapers was blown into the walls for optimal sound and thermal performance, plywood roof sheathing with a foil radiant backing, in-line tankless water heaters, and a lighting control system was used.

The home features the use of many unique and natural materials. Unusual species of wood and stone were used and the selection of unique hardware and lighting highlight the artistic nature of this builder's talent and resources.
