On one of the most prominent sites and the gateway to Phase I of Panama Pacifico Town Center Master Plan, which is the re-use of the former Howard AFB. Located just west of the Panama Canal, this urban infill residential project consists of 193 units of for-sale condominiums wrapped around three levels of structured parking. The project offers 8 stories of flats, lofts and penthouses. Located along an avenue across the street from Central Park, many units have balconies facing Central Park for enjoyment of weekend outdoor concerts.
A central amenity deck is located in a roof top garden over the top level of parking at the third level and includes a Pool, Spa, Sun Decks, Bar, BBQ area, Gym and Community Room. The character of the architecture is drawn from the contemporary tropical vernacular of Panama. As a component of the Town Center Master Plan pedestrian circulation system, pedestrian access to the Central Park and the "finger park" will be provided, including a network of bicycle and pedestrian links to the adjacent Town Center.
