PARKLAND GOLF CLUBHOUSE

The Parkland Golf Club provides a lifestyle marked by a balance of style and ultimate convenience within a tight knit community that distinguishes itself through a strong sense of neighborhood and active living. Steeped in tradition and respect for the game of golf, the Parkland community will offer an 18-hole, par 72, 7,118 yard Greg Norman golf course. To serve golfers and resident as 45,179 square foot, two-story Golf Clubhouse will complete the Country Club's recreational offerings.

Currently under construction, the golf Clubhouse will offer a lobby, art gallery, indoor/outdoor dining, private dining room, a lounge bar, pro shop, card rooms, men and women's spa, treatment and locker rooms, administrative facilities, golf cart storage and maintenance facilities. Classical proportions, use of finishes, a paved motorcourt and landscape convey a sense of an old estate. Rotundas, wide eaves, gently sloped and undulating rooflines, arched forms, a covered balustrade balcony and arcade porch are just some of the forms that suggest its Italianate style.
