MAYFIELD

The vision for the Mayfield 22-acre residential community is based upon the movement of people over integrated streets and paths, recreation, central gathering places, quality living spaces, and abundant open space. The current use of this site is a Hewlett-Packard office facility which has been long vacant.

The Area 1 portion of the Mayfield development consists of cottage-scale single family homes that portray a strong sense of style which creates a transition from the existing older single family neighborhoods bordering the Mayfield site to the similarly articulated multi-family home central to the community. Using an innovative clustering of four homes around a center courtyard, the craftsman style home faces the courtyard and tree lined avenues.
