FIVE KNOLLS RECREATION CENTER

The Club at Five Knolls is a community clubhouse and recreation center in Santa Clarita, California, designed as the central amenity hub within the Five Knolls master-planned community. Prominently located at the intersection of the community’s primary entry roads, the clubhouse is defined by a distinctive tower element that serves as a visual landmark and identity feature.

The architecture draws inspiration from a contemporary interpretation of mid-century ranch design, with the building organized around a central pool and outdoor recreation area. The plan emphasizes indoor–outdoor living, with covered patios, shaded gathering spaces, and large openings that connect interior rooms to the exterior environment.

A central bar and catering kitchen with a stacking window system opens directly to the outdoor areas, supporting community events and social gatherings. Additional amenities include outdoor dining areas, fireplaces, lounge spaces, and dedicated service access, creating a flexible and welcoming environment for residents.
