AL HOUARA COASTAL RESORT VILLAS

Al Houara Coastal Villas is a luxury residential community in Tangier, Morocco, featuring more than 350 custom villas overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and an adjacent championship golf course. Designed by JZMK Partners, the project reflects a contemporary interpretation of Moroccan architecture, blending modern forms with culturally rooted design elements.

The villas incorporate traditional features such as moucharabieh screens, natural plaster finishes, and locally sourced stone, while integrating modern materials including glass, wood, and metal accents to create a refined and balanced architectural expression. The palette draws inspiration from the surrounding coastal landscape and natural terrain.

Homes are situated on generous lots ranging from approximately 456 to 782 square meters, with six distinct floor plans spanning 253 to 550 square meters. Each residence includes three to four bedrooms, open living spaces, and flexible program areas, complemented by private terraces, balconies, and pools that maximize views and indoor–outdoor living.

Together, these elements create a distinctive coastal villa community rooted in culture, landscape, and modern luxury living.
