MBR GARDENS

MBR Gardens is a 19,000-acre (7,690-hectare) master-planned community in Dubai, UAE, envisioned as a globally significant urban development that integrates landscape, culture, and large-scale residential planning. Designed by JZMK Partners, the plan draws inspiration from Islamic garden traditions, French formal landscapes, London’s regional park system, and Southern California master-planned communities.

The development is organized around an extensive park and open space network, forming the backbone of a walkable, mixed-use urban environment. The plan includes more than 125,000 residential units, alongside 25 million square feet of office space and 2.5 million square feet of retail, creating a balanced and self-sustaining community.

A diverse mix of housing types, commercial uses, civic facilities, education, and recreation supports a full spectrum of daily life. Following an international design competition win, JZMK continues to lead the project through detailed planning and architectural implementation, shaping one of Dubai’s most ambitious new urban districts.
