This set of homes uses proprietary 3D printing technology in a panelized format to create these uniquely styled homes. The significance of these homes not only offers some densification to traditional single family zoned lots, but panelized homes offer fewer site located trades, faster site construction, and reduced site waste. Any 3D printed material refined during production can be reground and reused for a 99% reduction in waste at the factory. Lastly any building segment not 3D printed is either panelized or modular creating further expedience in site construction.
