This townhome development explores the use of 3D printed residential construction through a proprietary prefabricated panelized building system that enables faster, more efficient housing delivery.

Architectural wall components are 3D printed off-site in a controlled factory environment and assembled into panelized building elements prior to delivery to the project site. This approach reduces the number of on-site trades, accelerates construction schedules, and improves overall quality control during fabrication.

A key advantage of this manufacturing process is its contribution to sustainable construction practices. Material refined during the 3D printing process can be reground and reused during production, resulting in a 99% reduction in manufacturing waste at the factory.

All building components are delivered as panelized and modular elements, allowing the townhomes to be assembled efficiently on-site while minimizing construction waste and site disruption.
