JZMK Partners designed 117 market-rate townhomes within the Tustin Legacy community in Tustin, California, part of the larger redevelopment of the former Marine Corps Air Station Tustin. The project contributes to the evolving Tustin Legacy master plan, transforming the historic airfield into a vibrant mixed-use district with housing, parks, retail, and employment centers.
The three-story contemporary townhomes range from approximately 1,965 to 2,295 square feet and feature generous open floor plans designed for modern living. The architecture introduces a brownstone-inspired streetscape, creating an urban neighborhood character that encourages walkability and a strong connection between homes and the public realm.
Located near The District at Tustin Legacy shopping center, the community supports a walkable, “15-minute city” lifestyle, where residents can easily access retail, dining, recreation, and everyday amenities within minutes.
Through thoughtful site planning and pedestrian-oriented design, the project helps reinforce the vision of Tustin Legacy as a connected and livable urban neighborhood.
