360° COMMUNITY CENTER

The 360° Community Center is the central amenity hub of the 360° master-planned community, designed to support an active, pedestrian-oriented lifestyle. Anchored by a large urban green and resort-style recreation facilities, the project creates a vibrant gathering place for residents.

The center is composed of three primary buildings that house fitness, entertainment, and office functions, along with a variety of indoor and outdoor social spaces. The fitness building (4,963 SF) includes a lobby, workout areas, and locker facilities, while the entertainment building features a multipurpose room, kitchen, and lounge spaces for events and community use. A third building provides office and flexible meeting spaces.

Outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool, private cabanas, sport courts, grill areas, and fire pits, all designed to encourage social interaction and recreation.
