Shelter Distilling is a hospitality tenant improvement project located on Del Prado Avenue in Dana Point, serving the Orange County coastal community. The project establishes a bar and dining environment that reflects the brand’s craft-driven identity through a refined and contemporary interior design approach.

The space is organized to support a dynamic guest experience, balancing daytime comfort with an elevated evening atmosphere. Layered architectural lighting, custom millwork, and a curated material palette define the interior, creating a warm and engaging environment that adapts throughout the day.

Thoughtful spatial planning supports both high-volume social activity and more intimate gathering areas, allowing the space to function efficiently while maintaining a strong sense of place. The design emphasizes flow, visibility, and flexibility, aligning operational needs with the desired guest experience.
