360° COMMUNITY CENTER

The 360° Community Center was designed as the heart of the 360° community.  Within the pedestrian-friendly neighborhood, residents can enjoy the large central urban green and resort-style recreation club. Comprised of 3 buildings, the central recreational space offers, offices, workout facilities, entertainment rooms, and outdoor recreation courts and gathering spaces for entertaining.

Outdoor amenities include sport courts, a resort pool, private poolside cabanas, grill areas along with fire pits for outdoor gathering. The 4,963 SF fitness building offers a central lobby, workout room, locker rooms, storage and utilities.

There’s an entertainment building with an inviting lobby, a large multipurpose room with kitchen off to the side, a wine/party room with billiards and storage. And the office building includes 2 office spaces connected to the lobby with a bar/lounge on the other side.
