Located at 414 Main Street in downtown Huntington Beach, California, this urban infill project sits at the point where Main Street bends toward the iconic Huntington Beach Pier, connecting the Civic Core to the Pier District. The development contributes a distinctive architectural presence within one of the most active pedestrian corridors in the city’s coastal downtown.

A defining design feature is a sculptural rooftop element inspired by a geometric abstraction of an ocean wave, highlighting a rooftop deck that provides sweeping views down Main Street toward the pier and Pacific coastline.

The architecture incorporates high-quality coastal materials, including board-formed concrete and composite wood cladding, reflecting Huntington Beach’s surf culture and maritime heritage while presenting a contemporary architectural expression suited to this prominent downtown location.
