Located within this exclusive beachfront enclave near Sunset Beach, the home is carefully oriented to capture sweeping views of the world-renowned surf breaks while turning away from prevailing offshore winds to enhance outdoor comfort.

The architecture responds to Hawaii’s tropical climate through passive cooling and natural ventilation strategies. Custom Andiroba wood double-hung windows on all sides of the home allow cooling ocean breezes to circulate naturally throughout the interior.

Broad roof overhangs address the region’s heavy rainfall, protecting outdoor seating areas while maintaining expansive coastal views. A 40-foot sliding hardwood pocket door system opens the main living spaces to an ocean-facing lanai, creating seamless indoor–outdoor living.

Inspired by traditional Hawaiian plantation architecture, the residence blends historic island design with modern smart-home technology.
