SUNSET BEACH RESIDENCE

This custom residence, located in the Sunset Beach Colony neighborhood of Hawaii’s North Shore, was designed for an architect and his family. The main house has four bedrooms, three baths, and a covered porte cochere parking with direct access.

This home was designed with casual beach living and entertaining in mind. Large lanais are furnished to accommodate any group gathering of ohana and friends. The main house features a great room with hardwood floors and beam ceilings, large sliding pocket doors opening to the main lanai, a gourmet kitchen, and stunning views of the surf from the master and upper bedrooms. A separate guest house is also included in the compound, with a great room, living and dining areas, a gourmet kitchen and separate bedroom. A private outdoor shower in the middle of the tropical garden is the perfect place to rinse off after a surf session, as world-class surfing at Velzyland is directly in front of the house.
