JZMK Partners in collaboration with Kellenberg Studio designed
an office campus adjacent to downtown San Carlos. The
office campus combines a creative workplace with first-class
amenities, all within walking distance of the Caltrain station and
numerous local restaurants and retailers. Emphasis is placed on
pedestrian activities and connections to the rail and downtown.
Onsite features include a two-story market/food court and
fitness center that opens to an amenity court for outdoor dining,
gathering, and places to work outdoors.
