BEN LOMOND VIEWS TOWN CENTER

The Ben Lomond Town Center is a mixed-use commercial and civic hub located within a new 130-acre master-planned community in Harrisville, Utah, positioned at the base of the Ben Lomond Mountain Range. Redeveloped from a former golf course, the 4.5-acre town center is organized around a central green space with a band shell, creating a vibrant focal point for community events and daily activity.

The plan arranges buildings in a horseshoe configuration, framing views toward the mountains while activating the public realm. The program includes corner restaurants with rooftop dining, neighborhood retail shops, regional food and beverage spaces, a two-story fitness center, and modern office spaces overlooking the green.

Through thoughtful planning and strong connections to landscape, the project establishes a walkable, community-oriented destination that supports both local residents and regional visitors.
