The Pointe is a coastal resort master-planned community located on a peninsula adjacent to Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi, designed by JZMK Partners to maximize waterfront living and preserve the site’s natural landscape. The master plan is organized to provide water views for all residences, while maintaining key view corridors across the peninsula.
A carefully calibrated density strategy reduces development intensity toward the tip of the peninsula, creating a transition from active community areas to more private, exclusive residential enclaves. At the entry to the site, a mixed-use district featuring retail, dining, entertainment, and hospitality uses establishes a vibrant gateway connected to Saadiyat Island.
The plan also incorporates a continuous public waterfront trail and beach access, reinforcing connectivity and outdoor experience. Sensitive coastal dune habitats are preserved through strategic setbacks, supporting environmental stewardship while enhancing the character of this resort-oriented waterfront community.
