MIGHTY BUILDINGS – SUPER QUATRO

Rancho Mirage, CA

This residential concept explores the use of proprietary 3D printing technology combined with panelized construction to create a new generation of efficiently built homes. Architectural components are 3D printed off-site and assembled as panelized building elements, allowing the homes to be delivered with greater precision and quality control.

The approach introduces gentle densification within traditional single-family residential zoning while maintaining the character and scale of the surrounding neighborhood. By fabricating key building components in a controlled manufacturing environment, the system reduces the number of on-site trades, shortens construction timelines, and significantly minimizes jobsite disruption.

Sustainability is also a major benefit of the process. Material refined during production can be reground and reused during fabrication, resulting in up to a 99% reduction in manufacturing waste. Any building elements not 3D printed are delivered as panelized or modular components, further improving construction efficiency and speed.
