The project features a five-story Type III building with a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences, ranging from approximately 595 to 1,474 square feet.

The design emphasizes modern urban living and lifestyle-driven amenities, highlighted by expansive rooftop spaces that provide resort-style recreation, gathering areas, and views of the surrounding district. At ground level, a bike café activates the street edge and connects to a planned regional bike trail, supporting alternative transportation and walkability.

Together, these elements create a high-density residential community that integrates housing, mobility, and lifestyle within Irvine’s evolving urban core.
