MIXED-USE URBAN BLOCK

JZMK Partners designed this mixed-use destination neighborhood as a vibrant urban community that combines high- and medium-density housing with retail, dining, and public gathering spaces. The 3.1-acre development is organized around a 13,000-square-foot public plaza, creating a central place for residents and visitors to gather and engage with the neighborhood.

Residential offerings range from 532-square-foot flats to 1,310-square-foot townhomes, providing a diverse mix of housing options. The central plaza is framed by two five-story mixed-use buildings featuring ground-floor commercial and amenity spaces with four levels of modular prefabricated apartments above, reinforcing a walkable and active streetscape.

A 350-space parking structure, wrapped with three-story residential flats and townhomes, efficiently integrates parking within the site while maintaining an active pedestrian environment. Approximately 100 parking stalls are reserved for public use, encouraging local visitation and supporting neighborhood vitality.

A distinctive indoor–outdoor coffee and tea kiosk further activates the plaza, strengthening the connection between community life and the public realm.
