The Marassi Beach Club is a luxury waterfront clubhouse and lifestyle destination located along the Mediterranean coast in Sidi Abdel Rahman, Egypt, designed to serve as a central amenity within the Marassi master-planned resort community. The architecture blends contemporary Mediterranean design with Arabic influences, featuring stucco finishes, stone and precast accents, and distinctive elements such as parapets, arches, and shaded terraces.
The three-story facility includes an outdoor bar and lounge, indoor lounge, restaurant with outdoor dining, fitness center, multipurpose spaces, and a signature viewing tower oriented toward the sea. The design emphasizes indoor–outdoor connectivity, with social spaces opening to expansive terraces and views of the Mediterranean.
A carefully choreographed arrival sequence frames views through a central arcade, leading to ceremonial stairs, water features, and beach access beyond—creating a memorable and immersive resort experience rooted in coastal placemaking.
