Designed by JZMK Partners in collaboration with Kellenberg Studio, this office campus in San Carlos, California creates a modern, amenity-rich workplace environment adjacent to the city’s downtown core. The project emphasizes transit-oriented design, with direct access to the Caltrain station and walkable connections to local restaurants, retail, and services.
The campus integrates creative office space with lifestyle-driven amenities, supporting both productivity and employee well-being. A central feature is a two-story market hall and food court paired with a fitness center, all oriented around an outdoor amenity courtyard. This space is designed for dining, informal meetings, and flexible outdoor work environments.
By prioritizing walkability, transit access, and integrated amenities, the project establishes a forward-thinking office campus that aligns with evolving workplace and urban development trends.
