MIVIDA DOWNTOWN

JZMK Partners developed the urban design plan for Mivida Downtown, the central mixed-use district within the larger Mivida master-planned community in New Cairo, Egypt. Envisioned as a walkable, mixed-use regional downtown, the project is designed to serve as the primary urban core for both Mivida residents and the surrounding eastern New Cairo area.

The plan integrates a diverse program of office, hospitality, retail, dining, education, and medical uses, creating a vibrant, multi-functional environment that supports daily life, employment, and regional activity. Streets and public spaces are organized to promote pedestrian connectivity, active ground-floor uses, and a strong public realm, reinforcing the district’s role as a dynamic destination.

Through thoughtful urban design and mixed-use planning, Mivida Downtown establishes a cohesive and highly walkable city center, contributing to the long-term growth and identity of New Cairo.
