PRINCIPAL, SENIOR DESIGNER

"We interact with the built environment differently depending on the scale of the place. The thought process and scale of design should change when you go from a 20 story mixed-use tower to a small infill neighborhood of homes."

As a Principal and licensed architect with over 25 years of experience, Bryan brings sensitivity and contextual design to challenging urban sites and complex building types, working directly with cities and neighbors to deliver projects that have a positive impact on communities.

Bringing thoughtful design to his work at different scales is something Bryan has focused on over the years. “We interact with the built environment differently depending on the scale of the place. The thought process and scale of design should change when you go from a 600 unit multifamily building or 20 story mixed-use tower to a small infill neighborhood of homes or intimate gathering place.”

Bryan has a passion for healthy buildings and environments, and is one of the first WELL accredited professionals. “People spend most of their time indoors, and those places should be healthy to live in. There are a lot of ways we can make places healthier once we get educated about it. Incorporating wellness into our environment is another way I can affect the lives of others positively in an area I care deeply about.”

Bryan’s work has earned numerous accolades, including several Gold Nugget Grand Awards as well as NAHB Multifamily Pillars of the Industry.
