Since Joining JZMK Partners in 2014, Kevin Stadler has played a key design role on a wide variety of residential developments including multifamily, in-fill, mixed-use, and Transit Oriented Developments in California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and Dubai.

With a background in Visual Communication, Kevin brings a unique perspective to the JZMK Partners Design Team. Having been a Designer/Visual Artist in the architecture sphere for over 20 years, he leverages this extensive experience and knowledge on each project he is involved in. “Presenting a design solution relies heavily on conveying ideas through visual story-telling. We bring real value to our clients with our ability to create persuasive presentations,” according to Stadler. This means staying on the cutting edge with presentation tools such as Virtual/Mixed Reality and full 3D integration at every stage of our process.

Kevin’s passion lies in the potential to improve lives through thoughtful design. “There is a real need to reevaluate our current set of housing solutions,” Explained Mr Stadler. “Changing demographics and upended social norms presents us with opportunities to rethink how we address our nation’s increasingly diverse housing needs.”

Mr Stadler’s work has been recognized by the Gold Nugget Awards and MAME Awards (Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence) and has taught numerous design courses at University of Southern California and Chaffey College.
