Since joining JZMK Partners in 2014, Kevin Stadler has played a central role in shaping the design direction of the firm’s residential and mixed-use portfolio. His work spans multifamily housing, urban infill developments, mixed-use communities, and transit-oriented projects across California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and the Middle East.
With more than 20 years of experience in architectural visualization and design communication, Kevin brings a strong background in visual storytelling to the design process. His expertise in advanced presentation methods, including immersive 3D modeling, virtual reality, and mixed-reality tools, helps clients and stakeholders clearly understand design intent and project potential from the earliest stages of development.

Kevin is particularly passionate about housing innovation and the evolving needs of diverse communities. His work explores how shifting demographics, changing lifestyles, and new development patterns are reshaping residential design across the United States.

His contributions have been recognized with honors including Gold Nugget Awards and MAME Awards (Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence). Kevin has also shared his expertise through teaching roles at the University of Southern California and Chaffey College.
