Eric Zuziak is a founding principal of JZMK Partners and leads the firm’s work in mixed-use development, multifamily housing, hospitality, and master-planned communities across California, the western United States, and international markets. With more than four decades of experience, Eric focuses on guiding projects from early vision and entitlement strategy through design execution, helping clients align financial performance, community goals, and long-term project value.
Eric’s award winning and published work centers on the belief that successful architecture emerges from understanding both the physical context and the development realities behind a project. He collaborates closely with developers, municipalities, and project teams to resolve complex planning constraints, maximize site potential, and create environments that enhance both user experience and long-term asset performance.
