This project is a residential conversion of a distressed commercial site that will bring new life to this area of Fullerton. The corner retail uses including food service and coffee shop will be maintained which enlisted a positive response from local residents. The market focus is a diverse segment of new home buyers, move down buyers and millennials. The community is defined by walkable connections to pocket parks as well as access to the nearby trails system connecting to parks and even Downtown Fullerton. Two housing programs of 164 total homes consist of 3-story townhomes and special design features oriented to a work-from-home (WFH) lifestyle, and a small lot SFD program with 2 and 3-story zero-lot line homes. All homes will have front porches or entry courtyards that will help enhance the Modernist architecture and street friendly character, providing a very attractive lifestyle community.
