DAYBREAK CONDOS

Daybreak Condominiums is a multifamily residential community designed by JZMK Partners within the award-winning Daybreak master-planned development. Located along Community Avenue, the project contributes a refined architectural presence while reinforcing the walkable, neighborhood-oriented character of the district.

Two distinct building elevations were introduced to create visual variety and strengthen the streetscape, giving the community a recognizable identity while maintaining compatibility with the surrounding residential fabric. The project achieves a density of 38 dwelling units per acre across the three-acre site, demonstrating how thoughtful site planning and building configuration can support efficient housing within a neighborhood context.

The design emphasizes cost-effective construction and resident comfort. Townhome-style residences are located on upper levels to eliminate the need for elevators, reducing construction and long-term operating costs. Streamlined circulation and the use of regional materials further support efficient building strategies.

The result is a residential community that balances density, livability, and architectural character within a growing master-planned neighborhood.
