Achieving approximately 22 dwelling units per acre, the concept supports “missing middle” housing solutions within suburban and urban contexts.

The development features an equal mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom two-story townhomes, ranging from approximately 833 to 1,352 square feet. Each residence is designed with open floor plans that enhance natural light and maximize usable space.

Private outdoor decks extend the living areas, creating flexible spaces for both daily living and entertaining. The site is efficiently planned with 2.83 parking spaces per unit, supporting functionality without compromising design quality.
