ASSOCIATE, SENIOR PLANNER

“Some men see things as they are, and ask why. I dream of things that never were, and ask why not.”
- Robert F. Kennedy

Tim Haagen brings more than 23 years of experience in urban design, master planning, and landscape architecture at JZMK Partners. He specializes in land planning and large-scale mixed-use, residential, and hospitality developments, integrating environmental stewardship, infrastructure planning, and site-responsive design to create cohesive, high-performing communities.

After earning his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Idaho, Tim built a foundation in residential and community design before advancing into international master planning.
