Chanon brings over a decade of experience in urban design, planning, and landscape architecture to JZMK. His career began in Bangkok, Thailand, where he spent five years at Shma developing a strong foundation in landscape architecture. He later expanded his international experience in New York City, contributing to projects at leading firms including James Corner Field Operations, Supermass Studio, and SWA/Balsley, before continuing his work in California with SWA Group’s Laguna Beach office.
Chanon has collaborated on a wide range of projects including mixed-use developments, residential environments, public parks, and international design competitions. His work emphasizes ecological design strategies and long-term sustainability. He is the recipient of the 2020 World Landscape Architecture Award and the 2019 Human City Design Award, with projects featured in publications such as ArchDaily, Designboom, and World Landscape Architecture.
