EMAAR SOUTH MASTER PLAN

Emaar South is a large-scale mixed-use master planned community within Dubai South, one of the United Arab Emirates’ most significant new urban developments. Strategically located near major international destinations including Al Maktoum International Airport and the Expo 2020 Dubai site, the project serves as a major residential and commercial hub within the region’s expanding metropolitan landscape.

The master plan integrates residential neighborhoods, commercial centers, educational campuses, and community amenities to create a complete environment for living, working, and recreation. Village-style commercial areas provide restaurants, retail, fashion outlets, and entertainment venues, while schools and community facilities are distributed throughout the development.

At the center of the community is a 200-acre championship golf course, which serves as the organizing landscape feature for the surrounding neighborhoods.
