This urban multifamily mixed-use prototype by JZMK Partners demonstrates a high-density housing solution achieving up to 200 units per acre on sites as small as one-quarter acre, without the need for subterranean parking. Designed for urban infill development, the concept maximizes land efficiency while maintaining livability and architectural quality.
The prototype includes a mix of one- and two-bedroom residential units, integrated building amenities, and a mechanized parking system fully contained within the building footprint, reducing construction costs and site complexity.
At the street level, corner and liner retail spaces activate the public realm and reinforce the surrounding urban fabric, supporting walkability and neighborhood engagement.
This approach illustrates how compact, high-density mixed-use development can deliver scalable housing solutions for evolving urban environments.
